Privacy Policy

OutboundScope provides outbound-system audits and monitoring. We only request the access needed to inspect the systems included in an agreed audit or monitoring scope.

Data we handle

Depending on the engagement, this may include outbound platform exports, campaign metadata, mailbox status, sender domains, DNS records, performance metrics, alert settings, and contact details for operational follow-up.

How we use it

We use customer data to produce audit reports, monitor agreed health checks, notify the customer about risks, and maintain the service relationship. We do not sell customer data.

Retention

Audit artifacts are retained only as long as needed for delivery, support, legal, and operational continuity, unless a customer requests earlier deletion and no legal obligation requires retention.
